KalPak, which is based in Hillside, New Jersey, has implemented EasyLink's Fax to E-mail Services, which enable users to send faxes directly from their desktop workstations.

KalPak employees utilize EasyLink's Integrated Desktop Messaging, which integrates faxing into their desktop workflow, resulting in increased efficiency. The PDF format of Fax to E-mail offers the benefit of seamless integration between PC and Mac environments.
