MILWAUKEE -- ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of sales and profit-building technology solutions for equipment dealers, announced today that Eastern Tools & Equipment, Inc. of Ontario, CA has selected ARI's EMPARTweb(TM) and PartSmart(R) electronic parts catalogs for use by their dealers, distributors and internal support team. Eastern Tools produces diesel and gas generators ranging from 1200 watts to 6,000 kilowatts, pressure washers, pumps, air compressors, welders and diesel and gas small engines.

Under the three-year exclusive agreement, ARI will host EMPARTweb to provide on-demand access to Eastern Tools & Equipment parts and service catalogs by their dealers, distributors and internal help desk. In addition, Eastern Tools has licensed ARI's CD-based parts catalog, PartSmart, for use by their dealers and distributors who require an interface to a business system or who prefer not to use the Internet. ARI and Eastern Tools are currently working to publish the first EMPARTweb and PartSmart catalogs which will include the generator, pressure washers, pumps, air compressors, welders and engine product lines. The catalog is expected to be available in December, 2005.
