The landfill is expected to generate annual revenues of approximately $3.5 million. Eastern has also signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the Kimmins solid waste collection operations and transfer station located in Jacksonville. Solid waste collected in Jacksonville will be internalized into Eastern's existing landfill in Ocala, Fla. and the southern Georgia landfill. The Jacksonville collection operations are expected to generate annual revenues of approximately $6.5 million. Eastern will also acquire the commercial front load and rear end solid waste collection routes from Kimmins' Miami operations. These collection routes will be integrated with Eastern's existing collection operations in Miami and are expected to generate approximately $2.0 million of additional annual revenues.
