EastRidge tenants to hit 'hot spots'.EastRidge Properties has created the first of several planned wireless-fidelity or "wi-fi" areas within White Plains Office Park. The areas or "hot spots hot spots acute moist dermatitis. " that have been created include Center Park (the seating area between 707 Westchester Ave. and 709 Westchester Ave.), 707 Westchester Avenue's conference room and cafeteria cafeteria: see restaurant. and the lobbies of both 707 Westchester Ave. and 709 Westchester Ave. The wi-fi hot spots enable tenants and visitors to enjoy wireless access to the Internet by simply having a seat near an EastRidge wireless hotspot sign, opening their laptop or handheld computer A computing device that can be easily held in one hand while the other hand is used to operate it. The user will need to agree to some terms and conditions and will then be ready to surf the Interact with no plugs;' no wires and, best of all, no charges! These wi-fi hot spots are being offered as a free amenity a·men·i·ty n. pl. a·men·i·ties 1. The quality of being pleasant or attractive; agreeableness. 2. The wireless networks were installed through Internet service provider Internet service provider (ISP) Company that provides Internet connections and services to individuals and organizations. For a monthly fee, ISPs provide computer users with a connection to their site (see data transmission), as well as a log-in name and password. Cloud 9 Internet Inc., which is a tenant of EastRidge Properties at 106 Corporate Park Drive. EastRidge will expand this wi-fi offering to all of the buildings in its portfolio by year end. "Landlords are going to have to follow suit.
