East West Bank.

East West Bank has agreed to acquire Prime Bank of Century City, Calif. for about $14.5 million in cash and stock. Prime Bank will be integrated into East West's commercial banking platform. Prime Bank has total assets of about $110 million; East West has total assets of more than $2.3 billion.
