East Village gets A Building that will fill a long-felt void in market.


Cantor Pecorella is handling exclusive sales and marketing for the new A Building in the East Village, where 35 of the 84 residences sold prior to opening. "Located just blocks from Union Square and Gramercy Park Gramercy Park (sometimes misspelled as Grammercy) is a small, fenced-in private park in the Gramercy neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, New York State[1]. , the East Village is one of the city's oldest and authentic neighborhoods, and A Building is one of the first buildings to bring a combination of quality and design to the area," said building developer Robert Kaliner, co-principal of Ascend Group LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Located at 425 East 13th Street, between First Avenue and Avenue A, and designed by Cetra/Ruddy Architects, A Building has an eight-story, glass-and-terracotta facade facade (fəsäd`), exterior face or wall of a building. The term implies ordered placement of its openings and other features and thus seems inapplicable to a wall without design.  that will house 84 residences, including six penthouses and seven full-floor residences located on 14th Street.

All of the studio, one, two and three bedroom units, which will range in size from 426 s/f to 1,859 s/f and start at $490,000, will benefit from open views and easy living.

Many of the homes will feature home offices and balconies with glass railings.

"The East Village has been longing for a new residential building, and thanks to "A Building's" design and amenities there is something for every type of buyer from first time buyers to families," said Dana Pecorella, of Cantor Pecorella.
