Noun 1. repairman - a skilled worker whose job is to repair things maintenance man, service man can tell you that's an industrial-strength headache. The holes on the mount are too small to easily fit a wrench through to get at the four nuts that hold the mount in place. It can take hours of maneuvering to remove the mount. I've found you can cut the job to 15 minutes by taking a 1/4-in open-end wrench and grinding off its sides until the wrench fits easily in the holes for the nuts.
