EarthLink Deploys IP Unity for Voicemail and Unified Messaging.


MILPITAS, Calif. -- EarthLink, the nation's next generation Internet See Internet2.  Service Provider, announced today that it has deployed IP Unity's Mereon(TM) 6000 Media Server, Mereon Application Server and Mereon Unified Messaging Having access to e-mail, voice mail and faxes via a common computer application or by telephone. For example, unified messaging may send faxes and digitized voice mail to a mail server that turns them into e-mail attachments.  to support voicemail and unified messaging services for EarthLink's trueVoice(SM) and Line Powered Voice services.
