Earnings Roundup: CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  Group Inc. reported first quarter net income of $12 million, a 68 percent drop from the same period a year earlier, marking the firm's first decline in three years. Revenue for the El Segundo-based company rose 62 percent to $1.2 billion. Maguire Properties Inc. reported a first quarter loss of $13 million, a significant decrease from a profit of $84 million from the same period a year earlier. Revenues for the Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust were also down 3 percent to $107 million. United Online Inc. repotted first quarter net income of $13 million, a 3 percent increase from the same period a year earlier. Revenues for the Woodland Hills-based Internet access provider See ISP.
