EagleBank, Bethesda, Md., has acquired Fidelity & Trust Bank. EagleBank will be the surviving entity. EagleBank operates six offices in Maryland and three offices in the District of Columbia. Fidelity operates three offices in Maryland, two in the District of Columbia and one in Virginia.
