Eads and Thales Netherland have signed a shareholders' agreement with a view to establishing a joint venture (50 per cent share each), registered in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, under the name of ET Marinesysteme GmbH. The new company is scheduled to become operational before the middle of this year.
