Ea Sola.

Born in Vietnam and trained in Paris, choreographer/performer Ea Sola creates critical contemporary works that are grounded in the history, music, and traditional culture of Vietnam. The Company Ea Sola makes its Los Angeles debut Jan. 25-26 with Drought and Rain Vol. 2. This evening-long multidisciplinary work is a reflection on the Vietnam War as seen through the eyes of the next generation, and on current tensions between local and Western influences in modern-day Vietnam.
