EYI Industries Inc. Enters Into Letter of Intent with Venezuelan Consultant.Business Editors

EYI EYI Ernst & Young International Industries Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that a Letter of Intent has been signed with Daniel Matos. Mr. Matos will provide consulting services to support EYI's goal of expanding sales into Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies. and to introduce products from Latin American countries into the US and Canadian Markets. The details of compensation to Mr. Matos are still under negotiation and will be released once finalized.
Mr. Matos is President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. of Finanven de Venezuela. He is also a Director of The Supra A relational DBMS from Cincom Systems, Inc., Cincinnati, OH (www.cincom.com) that runs on IBM mainframes and VAXs. It includes a query language and a program that automates the database design process. With his knowledge of the business world, Mr. Matos will bring a new vision to expose EYI products and services to the Hispanic Markets both in Latin America and in the U.S. He will provide new contacts and develop new relationships to increase marketing opportunities in various Latin American countries.
Along with the extensive business development and corporate experience, Mr. Matos spent several years serving as a Deputy Congressman in the Venezuelan Congress. Mr. Matos also holds a Bachelor of Science Noun 1. Bachelor of Science - a bachelor's degree in science

Both parties have agreed to change the terms of the Letter of Intent from Essentially Yours Industries, Inc. to EYI Industries Inc.
EYI had previously entered into a Letter of Intent with the Supra Group and Finanven USA to expand EYI's powerful nutritional product line into 21 Spanish-speaking countries.
