 EXPRESS SERVICES AWARDS NEW FRANCHISE IN FLORIDA
 OKLAHOMA CITY, May 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Services Temporary &


Permanent Personnel announced the addition of the fourth franchise office in Florida, according to Robert A. Funk, president and chairman of the board.
 Located in Tamarac at 6941 West Commercial Blvd., the new office is owned by Carl and Jean Goetz. The Tamarac office will service Tamarac and surrounding areas.
 Express Services, a full service personnel placement firm, has three divisions: Temporary Help, Permanent Placement, and Robert William James & Associates executive search division.
 "We are pleased with the success rate we have exhibited in the state of Florida," Funk said. "From the results of our other offices in the state, we believe the Express Services Tamarac office will also greatly contribute to the personnel needs in the area."
