EXPRESS FUND-RAISER A SURE BET.

VALENCIA - The third annual Valencia Express Casino will give local gamblers a chance to hit 21 and throw the dice tonight to raise money for the nonprofit youth hockey organization.

Tickets for the event, to be held from 8 p.m. until midnight, at the Ice Station Valencia, 27745 Smyth Drive, are $25 and will entitle players to $2,000 in gambling money and a chicken dinner from The Grill at Ice Station.

The main giveaway is a new Sea Doo four-seat watercraft worth $13,000. Raffle tickets are $5.

The Valencia Express supports more than 150 mostly local hockey players who compete in divisions ranging from mini-mites to midgets.

The yearly Casino Night is the main fund-raising activity for the Express, and helps cover the organization's annual expenses of about $250,000.
