The final phase of the program -- scheduled through the balance of 2001 -- Arch will implement new marketing plans based on detailed customer information, and develop new applications for specific industries.

Steve Gross, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Arch, commented, "Two-way and, in particular, Internet-based services comprise a very significant part of Arch's business strategy.
