Michael A. Taylor, vice president of Lincoln Property Company, reported that Raritan Plaza III currently has a 32,000 square-foot space unit available for lease. Located on the fifth floor, this space is available immediately. The available space at Raritan Plaza III features open landscaping ideal for cubicle set-up, conference rooms and a cafeteria.

Raritan Plaza III is a 176,000 square-foot office building located in Edison within the Raritan Center Complex. Lincoln Property Company recently completed a capital improvement program at the facility. On-site, the building includes a new full-service upscale building cafeteria, two bank branches and a daycare center. Located a short drive from the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike and Route 1, Raritan Center is convenient to Metropark, Newark Airport and all bridge and tunnel crossings to New York.

Douglas Elliman has been appointed the exclusive sales agent for 216 West 20th Street, a three-story commercial property with 6,300 square feet of space. Located in Chelsea, the brick building dates back to the 1840's and once served as a firehouse. Allen Livera and Perry Rothenberg of Douglas Elliman are the exclusive agents for the property.

Retail leasing partners Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph A. Aquino of Garrick-Aug Associates have been appointed exclusive leasing agents for 1220 Madison Avenue.

Located on the northwest corner of 88th Street, the store offers 2,200 square feet of ground level space, with approximately 40' of frontage.

1220 Madison Avenue is surrounded by many upscale residences and retailers, including Williams-Sonoma, Catamini, Cafe Guy Pascal and Eileen Fisher.

In addition to 1220 Madison, they are also representing a new 2,000 square-foot retail space in a renovated townhouse at 1130 Madison Avenue, at East 84th Street.

Murray Hill Properties announced that Stanley Kleger and Burt Miller, executive managing directors, have been named the exclusive managing and leasing agents for 685 Fifth Avenue. Known as the Gucci Building, the property is located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 54th Street.

First Atlantic Realty, Inc. has been named the exclusive agent for 1362 First Avenue, between 73rd and 74th Streets. Jack Chanler is handling this assignment.

Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC's executive vice president Franklin S. Zuckerbrot and managing director Natalie Hurwitz have been named exclusive leasing agents for four properties owned by an affiliate of the Emmes Group of Companies, and have negotiated the sale of a fifth Emmes property, according to Sanford Zuckerbrot, president of S&Z.

The buildings available for immediate lease include a 60,000 square-foot one-story at 50-30 Northern Boulevard in Long Island City, suited for various commercial uses and with rooftop parking for up to 175 cars; a 30,000 square-foot one-story building at 580 Gerard Avenue in the Bronx located at the major Deegan Expressway, suitable for vehicle storage or as a warehouse; a 30,000 square-foot building at 341 St. Nicholas Avenue in Ridgewood, Queens, appropriate for a large retailer because it is commercially-zoned and in a high-density area; and a 30,000 square-foot building at 1875 Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, with on-site parking and available space of 1,000 to 9,000 square feet.

Edmond Li of Helmsley-Spear, Inc. has been appointed exclusive agent for 425 Broome Street in Soho.

Currently, 4,087 square feet of space is available for lease.

Royal Properties has been selected by Just-A-Buck stores to be its exclusive representative in the tri-state area. Plans call for as many as 10 openings in the coming year. The stores occupy spaces of 3,000 to 6,000 square feet and prefers supermarket-anchored shopping centers and powers centers.

Royal Properties was also selected by Subcon, Inc., development representative for Subway, to be its exclusive representative in Westchester and Putnam Counties in NY. Plans call for as many as 10 openings in the coming year. The stores occupy spaces of 800 to 1,200 square feet in downtown store fronts, power and strip centers.
