Michael A. Burak, Inc. has been named the managing and leasing agent for the 195,000 square-foot Bar Building in NYC.

The Bar Building was recently purchased by NYC-based Lion & Lamm LLC, and its partner, Phillip Pelevsky. Located at 36 West 44th Street, the Bar Building is Lion & Lamm's first acquisition in the City.

Each floor in the 14-story building has a gross floor area of 12,400 square feet. The building is fully wired for high-speed Internet and other telecommunications services. It has stores on the ground level of both 44th and 43rd Streets.

Over the past several years the Bar Building has undergone capital improvements valued in excess of $1.15 million.

Edmond Li of Helmsley-Spear, Inc. has been appointed exclusive agent for 425 Broome Street in Soho.

The Princeton office of Trammel Crow Company has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for Crossroads Corporate Center. Located at 1350 Brunswick Pike in Lawrenceville, NJ, the 100,276 square-foot Class A office building is owned by Leggat McCall Properties. Currently, 4,087 square feet of space is available for lease.

The building features an attractive lobby, 24-hour card key access, state-of-the-art HVAC system and fiber optic telecommunications service. Existing tenants include ABB, Reliance Insurance, and Penn National Insurance.
