tax laws for the Government of Canada and for most provinces and territories;
international trade legislation; and
various social and economic benefit and incentive programs delivered through the tax system.

on its 2003 Scientific Research and Experimental Development refund application and on its 2002 Ontario Innovation Tax Credit (OITC OITC Officer-in-Tactical Command ) refund application. Approval of the 2003 OITC refund is expected shortly. The net amount of all refunds is $559,834 including the $327,188 previously announced.
