EVENT WILL PAY TRIBUTE TO VETERANS.Byline: Daily News NEWHALL - Men and women who fought and died while serving their country will be remembered in a Memorial Day ceremony at 10 a.m. Monday at Eternal Valley Memorial Park, 23287 N. The ceremony will include vocal and musical performances, as well as a flyover by the U.S. Air Force Condor Squadron. Serving as guest speaker this year will be Edward Brantly, a member of the Tuskegee Airmen Tuskegee Airmen Black servicemen of the U.S. Army Air Forces (USAAF) who trained at Alabama's Tuskegee Army Air Field in World War II. They constituted the first African American flying unit in the U.S. military. during World War II.
