Effective July 14, testing will resume in 13 of the 14 computer-based testing centers operated by Thomson Prometric for ETS. The center in Harbin will not resume testing on July 14 but is expected to open later this summer.

A return of computer-based testing for the Analytical Writing section of the GRE General Test, originally planned for July 1, will also resume on July 14. In addition, September 27, 2003, is the last day individuals may take the Analytical Writing section in China, including Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan, in order to be registered for the October 25 paper-based administration of the Verbal and Quantitative sections.

Thomson Prometric is reserving testing space exclusively for GMAT test takers to provide opportunities for candidates who were not able to test while centers were closed.
