ETS Signs New TOEFL Licensing Agreement in Taiwan.

Educational Testing Service(R) (ETS), announced today that it has signed a licensing agreement with Chun Shin Ltd. for marketing and support of the Institutional Testing Program for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (ITP TOEFL(R)) in Taiwan.

Chun Shin is headquartered in Taipei and has previously distributed a vast range of products and services in Taiwan.

The Institutional Testing Program (ITP) gives schools, colleges and universities, English language institutes, and other agencies throughout the world the opportunity to administer the TOEFL(R) ITP test locally to their own students. The program uses retired versions of the paper-based TOEFL test.

Approximately 1,500 institutions administer more than 300,000 tests annually under the Institutional Testing Program.
