ETI Appoints New Senior Vice President and Board Members to Help Broaden Markets.

Schutz has been named senior vice president of business development and marketing, and Michael R. Cote Mike Cote is the president and CEO of SecureWorks. Prior to joining SecureWorks in January of 2002, Mr.
 and Clifford J. Grum both have joined the board of directors as members.

The new appointments will support the company's aggressive expansion strategy, which includes breaking into new markets and broadening its reach into more mature markets.

As senior vice president of business development and marketing, Schutz will focus her efforts on expanding ETI's existing relationships with global integration partners as well as guiding the direction of other strategic alliances and partnerships as well as enhancing global sales and marketing efforts.

Introducing ETI's primary software product ETI EXTRACT(R) as a data-integration management solution to the e-business and customer relationship management (CRM) markets will be another of Schutz's objectives. She also will consolidate the company's position in its core markets, including enterprise resource planning See ERP.

ETI also added two new members to its board of directors, bringing the total number of board members to seven. Michael R. Cote and Clifford J. Grum is the retired chairman and chief executive officer of Temple-Inland Inc., a Time Inc. spin-off and leading provider of paper, building products and financial services. Over the course of his 15-year career with the company, he distinguished himself in numerous positions, including a three-year stint as publisher of Fortune magazine. Grum currently serves on the boards of directors for Cooper Industries Inc., Tupperware Corporation and Trinity Industries Inc.
