* ETI iSpec[TM] client automates the creation and documentation of project specification documents allowing developers to quickly define complex ETL processes using a visual design interface that anyone can use to deliver comprehensive specification documents. Prior to ETI iSpec, integration developers routinely used unwieldy text and spreadsheet documents to record project specifications, resulting in ambiguous or missing requirements. ETI iSpec provides a systematic approach that guides customers through the specification process while ensuring that best practices are followed. Because manually specifying information is error prone and leads to incomplete or inaccurate specifications, ETI iSpec delivers a blueprint that helps data specialists break the cycle of "test, correct specification defects, develop and retest" that drives up data integration project schedules and cost overruns as ETL processes are built.
