ESTT Signs Letter of Intent With National Environmental Remediation Service, Inc.

Environmental Strategies & Technologies International Inc. (OTCBB:ESTT) announced today the signing of a Letter of Intent with National Environmental Remediation Service, Inc. (NERS) for a Joint Venture Agreement.

Samir Hirji, President of ESTT said, "NERS has a very good track record in the environmental remediation industry, and we look forward to working with them to acquire and service their clients. Working with NERS is our first step in building out the remediation sector of our business to complement our core competency in environmental consulting and management."

NERS, based in the Syracuse, New York area, is a minority owned, full service industrial contracting and environmental service company. Originally specializing in thermal system insulation and asbestos abatement, NERS has expanded into hazardous remediation operations, underground storage tank cleaning and removal, and many other areas. NERS has a technical, professional and managerial staff exceeding 75 employees, who have provided services to Eastman Kodak & Co., Niagra Mohawk, IBM and Bristol Meyers.

Both companies intend to perform their due diligence with regard to this Agreement in an expedited fashion.
