Anderson recently retired as Captain from the Pasco Police Department, Pasco, Wash. In his last capacity with the Pasco Police Department, his duties included management of the department's Mobile Data Computer (MDC) system. Anderson, a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), division of the U.S. Dept. of Justice charged with investigating all violations of federal laws except those assigned to some other federal agency.  National Academy and Central Washington University Central Washington University, or CWU, is an accredited four-year educational institution located in Ellensburg, Washington in the United States. The university originally opened in the late 19th century as a teacher's college, which is still one of the primary majors taken there. , brings over 25 years of law enforcement experience to this position.
