ESSROC acquires shipping terminals in Kentucky and Pennsylvania.


NAZARETH, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 20, 1996--ESSROC, located in Nazareth, Tuesday announced that it has acquired two cement storage and distribution terminals from LaFarge Corp., Reston, Va.

The transaction was finalized earlier this month. The terminals, located in Wilder, Ky. and Pittsburgh, are capable of handling more than 200,000 tons of cement annually.
