EsquireConnect simplifies the process of scheduling depositions at any time, from any location and for any deposition venue. Among its features is the ability to attach and send deposition notices directly to the scheduling form.

EsquireConnect is available at no charge to all Esquire clients at http://www.esquireconnect.net.

Once a user registers for the service on Esquire's secure site, the system retains the personalized information for future visits so that their routine ordering data is auto-populated into the scheduling form. Users receive an email confirmation immediately after submitting the form, and an Esquire client services representative also confirms the setting by phone, to ensure all client questions have been answered.

EsquireConnect users can quickly and easily reschedule depositions as often as needed, with all schedule changes confirmed by email - a critical feature given the frequency that depositions are rescheduled. The program also features a full-page calendar and history view that allows clients to review all of their scheduled work at any point in time, sorted by date, case or attorney.
