    Pete Ianace is a co-founder of ESPRE Solutions and brings more
than 30 years of experience building successful technology business
units, sales channels and companies. Mr. Ianace has extensive
experience with business startups and turnarounds, having successfully
built and spun out three technology companies in the last twelve
years. His broad experience as a CEO has included heading companies in
aerospace, defense contracting, telecommunications and networking. He
has raised more than $125M for his various companies and secured large
contracts with US, European and Asian clients including the FAA,
Lockheed Martin, Apple, Philips, Korea Tel, Beijing Telecom, and
Singapore Telecom. During the first 20 years of his career, Ianace
served as president of Pactel Meridian Systems, a joint venture with
NorTel. Prior to that he served as Nortel's vice president of
marketing, where he led the market launch of the Meridian 1 product
line, and as vice president of the New York Region. He also served as
director of global accounts for AT&T, as well as in various senior
sales and engineering positions at IBM.

    Kyle A Nelson - Chief Marketing Officer                Director

    Kyle Nelson is a co-founder of ESPRE Solutions and the creator and
visionary behind the ViewMail Marketing System. Nelson will help lead
ESPRE Solutions' strategy while managing its marketing and business
development initiatives. As 8Point Communications' Chief Marketing and
Business Development Officer, Kyle Nelson led product marketing,
strategic marketing and development, branding initiatives and
strategic partnerships. Kyle founded CAREERS Live, a career
broadcasting network which produced the recruitment industry's first
in-flight television show. Nelson also served as chief business
development officer and vice president of marketing at jobs.com
(backed by CBS/Viacom) where he was responsible for product
innovations, alliances, marketing and venture capital partners,
including Idealab, Yahoo!, CBS, The Tom Peters Company and others. He
supervised the creation of a multi-million dollar, national television
advertising campaign considered by Adweek Magazine to be the best in
the category, in addition to award-winning radio and print campaigns
that generated dramatic response. Nelson operated a consulting firm
specialized in launching early-stage retail technology products,
pioneering innovative software distribution techniques. Among his
clients were ESRI, largest GIS software developer in the world, and
Caldera, a leading LINUX software developer. He has also held various
sales and marketing positions with such companies as Micrografx,
Maximizer Technologies and Arts & Letters.

    Bob Nimon - Chief Technology Officer

    Bob Nimon provides ESPRE Solutions with a diverse, 30 year
technical and management background. He co-founded DNA Enterprises in
1981, serving as President for fifteen years of the firm that provided
premier contract hardware/software design and development services for
a variety of industries. He sold the company in 1996 and has since
served as a partner in Nimon Consulting, building a portfolio of major
telecommunications and software vendor clients. Mr. Nimon holds
patents in telecommunications, multiprocessor design, and embedded
application methods. Bob is one of the leading system architects in
the country, having designed process control and switching systems,
interprocessor communications subsystems and large multi-rate
cross-connect systems for customers such as MCI, GTE, Sprint, Intelect
Communications Systems and Honeywell. The DNA experience afforded Mr.
Nimon opportunities to work with the senior management of a diverse
group of companies to help solve seemingly intractable problems.
Through these opportunities, coupled with the demands of managing his
own company consisting of a large number of software and hardware
engineers, he gained experience in all areas of corporate and product
development.

    Greg Spindler, VP Sales

    Greg is a top Sales, Marketing and Operations Executive with a
25-year record of success in the telecommunications industry. Greg has
held senior Sales and Marketing roles in start-ups as well as in large
corporate environments. Greg led a turn-around initiative at Intecom
Inc. as Chief Operating Officer and transformed that company from a
legacy PBX manufacturer to a market leading VoIP-based contact center
company. Prior to Intecom, Greg served as head of marketing and
business development for TelCom Training Corporation and led the
company to enormous success increasing revenues 3000% in three years.
The company successfully implemented its exit strategy and was
acquired in 1999. As a key executive for Nortel Networks in the Asia
Pacific Region, Greg spearheaded the establishment of Marketing
Support Centers in Singapore and Hong Kong, dramatically improving
market share and profitability for the company in that region. Before
Nortel, Greg had a long and successful career in sales at Bell Canada
and one of its key subsidiaries BCSI.

    Bob Logan - COO                                 Director

    Bob Logan is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with a
motivational approach that integrates strategic planning, process and
action to produce measurable results. Logan brings to ESPRE Solutions
a 28-year background in computing devices, hardware, software and
services which gives Logan an edge in marketing integrated digital
applications for multiple markets. As a director at ASI, Logan
launched and established the company's largest sales and marketing
division, the Systems Integration Division, which led ASI in revenue,
profit and market share for high-production consulting services and
peripherals. As CEO of MIRUS Ltd., he developed a software sales
organization and surrounding marketing initiatives that substantially
increased revenues & market share for the company. Logan also played
instrumental roles in boosting productivity, profitability and
organizational strength in key sales and marketing management
positions with IKON, Alco Standard Corporation, and Xerox Corporation.
Logan's experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple product
offerings will help Espre's sales, marketing and engineering teams to
develop effective customer-facing products supported by product
knowledge, market insight and innovation.


    Andy Wilson - VP Product Management

    Andy Wilson leads the ESPRE Solutions product management and
design efforts drawing on more than nineteen years experience applying
technology creatively to solve marketing and business problems. For
the last nine years Andy has served as Chief Technology Officer and
Lead Designer for a number of technology startups including 8Point
Communications, eOrbis.com, Virtual Select and vCallME. Andy served as
Managing Partner and CEO of eMercatus, a technology company that
specializes in developing business e-commerce and guiding start-ups
through the complex technology, strategy and finance decisions
essential to success. Previously, Andy was VP of Interactive
Development for Match Frame, Inc. a premier media production company
developing multimedia sales and training systems for ADT, IBM,
Motorola, HEB, Cyberlog and ATX. He also worked as a technical
researcher and system designer developing distance learning systems
and multimedia software and consulting with organizations such as IBM,
AT&T, Motorola, Macromedia, Pacific Bell, and Texas Instruments.

    Steven Stuart - VP, Mergers & Acquisitions

    Mr. Stuart has over 20 years experience in Business and Finance.
Before joining ESPRE Solutions, he was Chief Operating Officer for
Newton's Spectra Corporation, where he was responsible for all
business operations. Previously Mr. Stuart founded Rock Castle Group,
Inc., consultant to private companies seeking to become publicly
trading and to public companies seeking assistance in the preparation
and filing of securities disclosure documents. He was also a principal
in The Kettering Group, Inc., an investment banking firm specializing
in debt and equity financing arrangements for start-up and developing
companies, and assisting companies in becoming publicly traded. r.
Stuart has 10 years experience as VP Investments, working for Stratton
Oakmont and Gruntel Securities, the oldest broker-dealer on Wall
Street. He has participated in the launch of 25 IPO's that
