ESPRE Solutions, Inc. releases March Corporate Update reporting a record revenue month and positive customer response to its Java-based Media Engine and eViewChat APIs.

PLANO, Texas -- ESPRE Solutions, Inc., (Pink Sheets: EPRT) a Dallas-based media solutions and video technology company with a revolutionary and patented video compression technology, today released its March Corporate Update stating progress on its Java-based API and eViewChat API initiatives.

In the February Corporate Update, ESPRE noted a new initiative to provide tools to allow easy integration of ESPRE's technology into third-party applications. This month, ESPRE is formally releasing APIs for its new Java-based Media Engine and revolutionary multiparty video conferencing application, eViewChat. Earlier, in January of this year, ESPRE announced a License Agreement with LINQware, a leading collaboration software company, through which LINQware is utilizing ESPRE's eViewChat API to integrate ESPRE's video conferencing into LINQware's Collaborix Suite of audio/data collaboration applications. The full release of the integrated application is expected by the end of March at which time LINQware will begin offering the complete collaboration solution (audio/video/data) to their customer base. Additionally, the agreement allows ESPRE to private-label the finished solution for sales through ESPRE's reseller channel. ESPRE expects to announce several additional eViewChat API integration partnerships similar to the agreement with LINQware over the next several weeks.

Our list of integration opportunities includes the Who's Who for collaboration solutions in the Enterprise, consumer and wireless markets. Rather than building markets ourselves, we are tapping into our partner's existing markets by providing ESPRE's best-of-breed video technology to audio and data collaboration providers allowing them to enhance their solutions with interactive video. It is becoming increasingly apparent to these providers that video is a key differentiator and better quality is essential if they are going to charge their customers for it," states ESPRE's CEO, Pete Ianace.

In February, ESPRE announced the signing of a License Agreement with MyE Networks, a technology and mobile marketing company, whereby MyE Networks will be utilizing ESPRE's new Media Engine API to create unique video messaging and video streaming solutions for their subscribers and media partners. This partnership will allow MyE Networks to video-enable their product solutions for their online communities and continue to increase the time its users spend online searching local content such as movies, yellow pages, restaurant guides, high school events, etc. ESPRE and MyE Networks will split revenue from advertising centered around the hosted video content and services provided by ESPRE Solutions. Since announcing this partnership, ESPRE has signed an LOI for a significant licensing agreement focused on targeting the consumer and online classifieds markets. The final agreement is scheduled for completion over the next 30 days and an announcement will be released accordingly.

In August 2005, ESPRE entered into a reseller agreement with ZCorum, an ISP services company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. ZCorum designs, integrates and implements broadband communications solutions for independent operating companies (IOCs), and also offers wholesale, private-label Internet services to more than 100 IOCs, including independent telcos, cable companies, utilities, and municipalities. The agreement allows ZCorum to resell ESPRE's eViewChat and eViewMail applications through their ISP channel. ZCorum white-labeled these applications from ESPRE, with the integration completed in late January. In February, ZCorum began marketing the solutions to their customers, through which ESPRE will begin receiving revenue share.

ESPRE expects to make additional announcements over the next 30 days relating to License Agreements utilizing ESPRE's APIs. The combination of these initiatives has brought ESPRE over $300,000 in revenue in March. ESPRE expects to generate sufficient revenue in the coming quarter (April-June), to ensure its first positive cash flow quarter. This revenue will be generated from existing agreements in place today.
