 technology, today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Modular Computing Systems, a provider of unique telecommunication computing platforms for high reliability systems that are NEBS certified.

By leveraging MCS' expertise in custom Sun-based solutions, MCS is addressing a market need that many of our current telecom customers are requesting.
