PLANO, Texas -- ESPRE Solutions, Inc., (Pink Sheets:EPRT) a Dallas-based media solutions and video technology company with a revolutionary and patented video compression technology, today released its May Corporate Update stating progress on several new customer initiatives and reporting continued revenue growth for the period.

Since its inception, ESPRE's mission has been to transform the way businesses and individuals communicate - visually. Over the past year, online video has become the key to success on the Internet with every major media and content provider scrambling to get into the game. Not to mention a sea of new media companies launching into the market with innovative business models centered around video delivery, user-generated content and content distribution. The past six months are evidence that the market is searching for better video solutions to service this ever-growing demand for TV-quality content over the public Internet. ESPRE's patented video compression technology will soon be rolled out through recently signed partnerships to millions of online subscribers. Pandora Networks, which is licensing ESPRE's eViewChat API to integrate into its Worksmart(TM) line of on-demand IP communication solutions, is scheduled to launch the integrated solution to its small-to-medium business customers in the third quarter of this year. Likewise, Media Distribution Solutions (MDS), which signed a major License Agreement for ESPRE's technology in April for the online publishing and classifieds markets, will launch its first BETA release in mid-June using ESPRE's new eViewMedia Engine API. The resulting product will be introduced to one of MDS' major customers that provides advertising for tens of thousands of multi-family housing providers.

MyE Networks, which signed a license agreement with ESPRE in February, recently completed an integration of ESPRE's eViewMedia Engine API to create a unique video email solution for its millions of monthly subscribers. In addition, this month ESPRE and MyE Networks expect to reach an agreement to jointly produce mobile video applications for both ESPRE's and MyE Networks' customers. ESPRE, which already produces an award-winning application for real-time collaboration over a mobile and wireless PDA, called eViewLink, will utilize this technology to co-develop with MyE Networks real-time video collaboration applications and streaming solutions over traditional mobile devices.
