technology, today released its May Corporate Update stating progress on several new customer initiatives and reporting continued revenue growth for the period.

Since its inception, ESPRE's mission has been to transform the way businesses and individuals communicate - visually. Over the past year, online video has become the key to success on the Internet with every major media and content provider scrambling to get into the game. Not to mention a sea of new media companies launching into the market with innovative business models centered around video delivery, user-generated content The production of content by the general public rather than by paid professionals and experts in the field. Mostly available on the Web via blogs and wikis, user-generated content refers to material such as the daily news, encyclopedias and other references, movie and product reviews as  and content distribution. And as more and more media initiatives are launched and more content is delivered over the Internet, the Internet, the, international computer network linking together thousands of individual networks at military and government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, industrial and financial corporations of all sizes, and commercial enterprises  demand for higher-quality video and better video tools will increase.

The past six months are evidence that the market is searching for better video solutions to service this ever-growing demand for TV-quality content over the public Internet. ESPRE's patented video compression technology will soon be rolled out through recently signed partnerships to millions of online subscribers. Pandora Networks, which is licensing ESPRE's eViewChat API to integrate into its Worksmart(TM) line of on-demand IP communication solutions, is scheduled to launch the integrated solution to its small-to-medium business customers in the third quarter of this year. Likewise, Media Distribution Solutions (MDS MDS,

The resulting product will be introduced to one of MDS' major customers that provides advertising for tens of thousands of multi-family housing providers.

MyE Networks, which signed a license agreement with ESPRE in February, recently completed an integration of ESPRE's eViewMedia Engine API to create a unique video email solution for its millions of monthly subscribers. In addition, this month ESPRE and MyE Networks expect to reach an agreement to jointly produce mobile video applications for both ESPRE's and MyE Networks' customers. ESPRE, which already produces an award-winning application for real-time collaboration over a mobile and wireless PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) A handheld computer for managing contacts, appointments and tasks. It typically includes a name and address database, calendar, to-do list and note taker, which are the functions in a personal information manager (see PIM). , called eViewLink, will utilize this technology to co-develop with MyE Networks real-time video collaboration applications and streaming solutions over traditional mobile devices.

"These are very exciting times for ESPRE. One to two years ago, even 6 months ago, being in the online video business was a tough road. However, with the majority of American households having some kind of broadband connection, the demand for more video offerings and higher-quality video solutions has skyrocketed. ESPRE's switch from a video applications developer which required major customization for each new customer rollout, to its new model built upon delivering API's of ESPRE's core video solutions has proven to be a wise move. Now, our customers can do the integration into their existing product offerings, resulting in faster deployment and a wider range of customer opportunities. And this increased demand should lead to increasing recurring revenue streams. This month ESPRE posted another good revenue month with over $400,000 in revenue. We are anticipating further announcements in the near future demonstrating continued support for ESPRE's high-quality video solutions and additional revenue growth," states Pete Ianace, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
