ESG negotiates for Time Warner.

In a major leasing transaction brokered by the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG), Time Warner has leased 43,965 square feet of space at the McGraw-Hill Building at 1221 Avenue of the Americas. Stephen B. Siegel, ESG's president, made the announcement.

The tenant, one of the world's largest media and entertainment firms, is relocating from nearby 1271 Avenue of the Americas. It will house Time Warner Direct Entertainment (TWDE) in its new location, between 48th and 49th streets, where it will occupy the 26th floor.

ESG's Michael Geoghegan, Carol Nelson, Mary Ann Tighe and Martin Turchin negotiated the 15-year transaction on behalf of the tenant.
