ESG moves engineering firm.

Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas, Inc., en engineering firm, has leased 15,000 square feet of office space at Two Gateway Center in Newark, it was announced by Thomas V. Bermingham, Executive Director of Edward S. Gordon Company of New Jersey, which represented the landlord in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield acted as co-broker.

Two Gateway Plaza is owned by AT&T, which also occupies space in the building. A major renovation of Two Gateway Plaza's lobby is underway as part of a multi-million dollar capital improvement plan by AT&T. Parsons Brinckerhoff relocated to its new offices from Jersey City in December.

The four-building Gateway complex, which is situated in downtown Newark, is connected by a skywalk to Newark's Penn Station end the PATH Station, which places downtown and midtown Manhattan only minutes away. The complex also includes a Hilton Hotel and approximately 80,000 square feet of retail space.
