ESG brokers sublease for Digital.

The Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG) has brokered a sublease for 36,000 square feet of space on the 27th floor at One Liberty Plaza for Digital Equipment Corporation, announced Edward S. Gordon, brokerage firm's chairman.

The giant computer manufacturing firm subleased the space from The Bank of Nova Scotia and is relocating from 65 Broadway. The 10-year sublease has an aggregate value of $10 million.

ESG's Carol Nelson, Mary Ann Tighe and Bruce E. Surry represented the sublessor in the transaction.
