) has brokered two subleases for more than 21,000 square feet of office space in Manhattan, announced the firm's President Edward S. Gordon.

In the largest of the two transactions, the accounting firm of Salibello & Broder signed a sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner.
