VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 1995-- ESC ENVIROTECH SYSTEMS(VSE: EVO) ESC Envirotech Systems Corporation (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has negotiated a private placement for the acquisition of an aggregate of 600,000 units at a price of $0.50 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one one-year share purchase warrant entitling the places to acquire up to a further aggregate of 600,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.60 per share. This transaction is further subject to regulatory approval.
