ESA To Act As Owner's Representative For Rutgers RUNet 2000 Project.NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 1998--Electronic Systems Associates (ESA 1. (body) ESA - European Space Agency. ) confirmed today that it will team with Tishman Technologies to provide Owner Representative services to Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey for its RUNet 2000 project. In this capacity, ESA will serve as Rutgers' designated intermediary to monitor and manage the implementation of an advanced communications network The transmission channels interconnecting all client and server stations as well as all supporting hardware and software. to support and enhance the university's teaching, research and public service capabilities. ESA's RUNet 2000 project responsibilities include a series of web sites to be jointly developed by Rutgers and ESA which are aimed at helping the university effectively communicate the details, timing, cost and benefits of the planned infrastructure upgrade to a wide ranging audience via the Internet.
