:GE), announced today that Robin Sterneck has been appointed President of its Commercial Insurance Healthcare business.

Sterneck succeeds Jean Stalcup who has been appointed Senior Vice President and Leader of ERC's Global Casualty Underwriting Center of Excellence.

Sterneck will lead a dynamic health care insurance business, which has become a premier provider of risk solutions for health care professionals and hospital systems. Previously, she was ERC's Senior Vice President and Global Marketing Leader.

Stalcup will drive the continued growth and development of ERC's casualty underwriting teams, helping facilitate greater coordination across all ERC's businesses. Prior to her appointment, Stalcup was Senior Vice President and Health Care Leader in ERC's Commercial Insurance business.

Sterneck joined ERC in 1999. Prior to her tenure at GE, which started in 1996, Robin spent 15 years in investment banking in New York, specifically in Public Finance, where she was heavily involved with health care clients at Shearson Lehman Brothers and Dain Bosworth. Robin earned her BS in Biology from Trinity College and her MBA MBA
