ERAWest Inc. Announces it Signed a Binding Letter of Intent to Acquire DigiCon Technologies Inc.CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 1998--ERAWest Inc. (NASDQ BB:ERAW), an international provider of telecommunications and Internet services, announced Thursday the signing of a binding Letter of Intent to acquire privately owned DigiCon Technologies Inc. of Stroudsburg, Pa. DigiCon Technologies is an international provider of computer telephony systems integration and services. The transaction involves a combination of cash and stock. The agreement also appoints DigiCon CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. L. Joshua Eikov as chief technology officer and director of ERAW. The final sales agreement is to be completed within 30 days. DigiCon has operations in three countries, Australia, Ireland and the United States.
