Francisco Loureiro is back in business, After spearheading America Online's launch in Brazil, Loureiro suddenly resigned when the company's installation software exhibited embarrassing glitches, including rock band Raca RACA Rescue adjunctive coronary angioplasty, see there  Negra's latest hits in place of the installation program on several hundred CD-ROMS.

But Loureiro was quickly scooped up by StarMedia, where he directed the launch of free Internet service An ISP that provides access to the Internet without charge to the user. The service is supported by advertising which appears on a special version of the user's browser and cannot be eliminated. NetZero (www.netzero.  provider Gratis1 in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico. Gratis1 joins the region's growing list of free ISPs See free Internet service.  (including one run by Brazil's Catholic Church).
