penetration of Central American Central America

 industry, announced the acquisition of Mexican software provider, I-Options. The acquisition resulted in the formation of ERAS Mexico, which will market ERAS' solutions throughout Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies. .

Prior to being purchased by ERAS, I-Options aided in introducing and positioning ERAS' financial software solutions in Mexico, including implementing ERAS iPOD and iPOD Exchange Image Clearings solution for the Mexican banking system, CECOBAN. ERAS Mexico combines the companies' resources to expand outreach and marketing functionality.

Owned and managed primarily by bankers, ERAS offers a unique combination of PC platform technology and service bureau operations. ERAS Mexico will offer the company's suite of imaging and processing software to countries as far south as Venezuela.
