ERA Stroman Reaches Milestones.

ERA(R) Stroman, under original management since 1979, has reached several milestones in the timeshare industry this past year. Additionally, the firm's president, Wayne Stroman, achieved several career milestones. ERA(R) Stroman is a full-service real estate brokerage company specializing in vacation resort timeshare resales and rentals.

One of the milestones reached this year is the reselling of properties in over 900 resorts. The licensed agents, all of whom are REALTORS(R), have helped owners resell deeded properties, right-to-use properties, fractionals and timeshare user point systems. Stroman has closed sales with sellers and buyers from all 50 states and 17 countries.

Another milestone reached this year is the mailing of its 50 millionth mail piece. ERA(R) Stroman is the leader in direct mail marketing among independent resale brokerages. The mailings keep buyers and sellers informed about the timeshare resale industry. Wayne Stroman says he mails about 18,000 pieces of mail each weekday.

In response to Stroman's mail campaign, the worldwide print advertising and the Web site www.timesharelink.com, the agents handled the firm's 3 millionth incoming call this past month. In addition, the company is currently replacing its phone system with a state-of-the-art Internet-based IP telephone system, which interfaces in real time with detailed client information.

Wayne Stroman will serve on the board of directors for the National Association of REALTORS(R) (NAR) in 2003. He will also serve on the NAR MLS(R) Issues and Standards Committee and be chairman of the Resort Forum at NAR 2003. The Resort Forum is for educating the resort specialist.

This appointment caps a career that includes serving on the boards of Houston Association of REALTORS(R) (HAR) and The Texas Association of REALTORS(R) (TAR). He is currently a director of TAR and the HAR Realtor Information services. He will also be chairman of the HAR MLS(R) Advisory Group in 2003.
