ERA Real Estate Announces New Integrated Training Programs.


PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 1997--

Technology Emphasized as Key to Maximizing Productivity

ERA Franchise Systems Inc. announced today the implementation of two comprehensive career development training programs for its brokers and sales associates.

The focus of the programs is building on real estate professionals' management and marketing skills in order to meet home buyers' and sellers' increasing needs as the industry prepares for the next century.

The first program, ERA Professional Impact, is a series of courses for sales associates, designed to help build marketing skills to meet consumer demands. Educational instruction during this series includes the well-known ERA TOP GUN program and courses using technology for listing presentations and achieving sales goals.

The ERA Management Impact series of courses for brokers focuses on building management skills for business productivity and profitability. Changing technology such as the Internet Internet

ERA has also joined forces with Integrity Systems(R), a training leader in providing educational programs for career assistance in skills and behaviors to increase productivity and profitability. Four Integrity Systems programs have been added to the ERA training program, including Integrity Selling(R) and Managers Coaching and Counseling(R).
