ER Urgent Care Centers Executes First Licensing and Network Agreements by Opening of 4th Center.

MIAMI -- ER Urgent Care Centers (Pink Sheets:ERUG) announces the first of three ER Urgent Care Centers by Dr. Scott Denny and Dr. Michael Douglas of Broward County, Florida, has opened for business at 4401 North Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale on April 22, 2005.

This is a significant event for ERUG because it is the first center which is not wholly owned by the company. The pair of physicians contracted with ER Urgent Care Centers to use the trademark name and also help to get started in the urgent care business. ER Urgent Care receives a licensing fee and continues to receive administrative and billing fees.
