ER Urgent Care Centers Announces Service Relationship with Amerigroup Corporation.

MIAMI -- ER Urgent Care Centers (Pink Sheets:ERUG) is pleased to announce a new service relationship with Amerigroup Corporation (NYSE:AGP), a major health insurance carrier with over 60,000 members in the South Florida area. Amerigroup has planned participation in upcoming ER Urgent Care Centers event and functions, pending ACHA approval. The first event, a Christmas celebration planned for Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, will feature a Santa Claus, food, music, raffles and giveaways for kids of all ages.
