MIAMI -- ER Urgent Care Centers (Pink Sheets: ERUG) is proud to announce the addition of another center to their existing network of Urgent Care Centers. In a joint venture with South Florida Medical Financial Group, ER Urgent Care Centers purchased an existing practice located at 18648 Northwest 67th Avenue Miami Lakes, Florida. The practice has been in business for 18 years and has a volume of over 60 patients per day. This brings the total number of additions to the company's network to 3 in the past 5 months. (Hallandale, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami Lakes).

Executive Director of ER Urgent Care Centers Jerry Miller says, "I think this type of activity reassures our shareholders that our plans of immediate expansion through the growth of our network and patient volume are here and now.
