ER Urgent Care Announces Shareholder Update and 12,000th Patient.

 -- ER Urgent Care (Pink Sheets: ERUG) is proud to announce it has now seen its 12,000th patient and wanted to give a shareholder update and corporate progress report. Since opening trading in November of 2004, ER Urgent Care has accomplished many goals. We have opened up two clinics which are now operational and have seen over 12,000 patients with a third opening shortly to bring our total number of clinics to five.

We are adding our pharmacy pharmacy, art of compounding and dispensing drugs and medication. The term is also applied to an establishment used for such purposes. Until modern times medication was prepared and dispensed by the physician himself. In the 18th cent.  component to all locations and expect it to be fully operational in the coming weeks.

ER Urgent Care now employs 35 healthcare professionals ranging from physicians, nurses, and medical assistants.

Larry Wolfe of Jewitt, Schwartz and Associates was engaged to have audits finished by May 15, but this has been delayed by a few weeks as more information was needed. We look to have the audits finished very soon.
