 EQUIFAX LOWERS PRICE OF CREDIT REPORT DISCLOSURE TO CONSUMERS
 ATLANTA, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Equifax Inc. (NYSE: EFX) announced today the lowering of the price of credit report disclosure to consumers from $15 to $8 effective March 1.
 This is a part of Equifax's continuing effort to offer world-class service and to increase consumers' ease of access to their credit reports.
 "Having created the Equifax Information Service Center offering businesses and consumers unprecedented service, has enabled Equifax to take advantage of improved technologies and centralized costs. And while we have not found cost to be an impediment to receiving the reports, we are sensitive to consumer needs in these tough economic times," said Thomas F. Chapman, president, Equifax Credit Services Group.
 To get a copy of your Equifax credit report, consumers can write to Equifax Information Service Center, P.O. Box 740241, Atlanta, GA 30374-0241. Name, address, Social Security number and date of birth should be included. Reports are free if consumers have been denied credit, employment or insurance.
