EQE Awarded Two Contracts.OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 9, 1999-- EQE EQE Equivalent Quantum Efficiency EQE Environmental Quality Evaluation International has recently been awarded two contracts to develop counter-terrorism plans and strategies for the states of West Virginia West Virginia, E central state of the United States.
